Beef Massaman Curry

What you’ll need:
Total Yield 2.2 Kg

Serves 8

     Instructions to prepare:

    • Cook the beef pieces and potatoes in by pan-frying them and sealing in the juices. Keep aside
    • In a separate pan, add water, spice mix and coconut milk and simmer off on low heat.
    • Finally add the semi cooked beef and potatoes and simmer off.
    • Beef Massaman is ready to serve

    TIP:

    • Garnish with Coriander leaves
    • Add a dollop of Butter for a better taste
    • Serve over rice
