Beef Vindaloo

 What you’ll need:

Total Yield 1.7 Kg

Serves 8

     Instructions to prepare:

    • Add Oil,
    • Add the beef and diced potatoes and panfry to partially cook off. Cover the pan to retain the juices
    • Add Water, and bring to boil, cover the pan to retain the juices
    • Finally add the spice mix and simmer on low heat
    • Beef Vindaloo is ready to serve

    TIP:

    • Garnishing with Coriander leaves and Ginger juliennes or fresh chillies
    • Serve with a dollop of yoghurt to reduce the heat (optional)
    • Add a dollop of Butter while cooking for a better taste
