Thai Red Chicken Curry

  What you’ll need:

     Instructions to prepare:

    • Add Oil and Water,
    • Add chicken pieces and bring to boil
    • Add all the broccoli/vegetables and simmer
    • Add spice mix and stir well
    • Finally add the coconut milk and Simmer on low heat till done.
    • Thai Red curry is ready to serve

    TIP:

    • Traditionally made with thigh fillets or chicken on the bone
    • Garnish with Coriander leaves and ginger
